The DKNY Shelly-Rivet adds a little punk rock/glam to the well known Mary Janes. I can appreciate the gold rivets at the toe, but rivets around the platform sole seem a bit overboard. The gold lining around the entire shoe is a great touch and incorporates the color scheme well without being loud. It features a padded footbed for comfort and an adjustable heel strap. Heel measurement 3 1/2″. A great shoe for going out in the city with an ultra trendy, of-the-moment outfit. Also available in black, which looks like a whole different shoe from the ones featured here. The gold rivets are a stark contrast against the black leather and it doesn’t seem to work as well as in the tan leather. Price: $325.
