Fendi Ivory Spy Bag

On the hunt for a totally clean white bag, Fendi has added another option into the mix. The house of Fendi has been riding the enormous Spy wave trying to find the perfect Spy to appease any and every client or possible client. My Fendi Honey Spy was the perfect Spy for me and I have never really seen another Spy that I had to have (ok, take that back, the simple Fendi Blue Spy made my heart skip a beat). What about an ivory Spy, more white than ivory? The Fendi Ivory Spy Bag looks stark white but embodies the stunning Spy shape we all know and love and the woven handles the Spy is notorious for. I want a white bag, but not sure this is the one. Any of you Spy lovers have to have this bag? Buy via Net-A-Porter for $2100.

Yay or nay for the naked Fendi Ivory Spy Bag?

Fendi Selleria Bag

Image via Forbes

Either chinchilla or sable, take your pick on this Fendi bag that can be made a special order and limited edition. Many people do not know that Fendi is known for its furs so there is no doubt that the Fendi Selleria Bag in either sable or chinchilla would be divine. It would not be my first choice and it will not be in my price range. For $38,000 I am thinking a BMW rather than a handbag.

Fendi Zucca Print Palazzo Bucket Bag

I still love getting an Easter basket, even at my age. Luckily I will be home for Easter this year and you better believe I expect a basket. Even better is because of my food allergies, the Easter Bunny brings me designer clothing along with some special candy just for me. Yup! So if my funds were unlimited and I was living a life of extreme luxury, I would ask the Bunny to replace my old wicker basket with the Fendi Zucca Print Palazzo Bucket Bag. Looks like an Easter basket with a Zucca-print canvas. I’m not even big on the logo pattern, but sure, why not. There is gold-tone hardware and studs, a cute spring twister shoulder strap, and a drawstring top. This means that when I am doing my Easter egg hunt I can store the eggs safely with the safe drawstring top. Buy your new Easter basket via Bergdorf Goodman for $1150.

*If you know me, you realize this post was super sarcastic.

Fendi Canvas Coated Crossword Bag

I’m a girl who loves her pinks and purples, but there are times that it is way too over done, especially if it is on a fugly-as-fugly-can-be bag. I have already ragged on this bag before, and now Fendi chose to continue on its fugly journey and create another color combination. It hurts my eyes, and the dude sitting behind me in Starbucks eyes. Blind yourself briefly with the image of the Fendi Canvas Coated Crossword Bag, which is thrown together with purple canvas coated crossing and weaving. Then there is fuchsia pink to trim these ugly woven strips. No thanks on so many levels, including the price tag of $1460 via Browns. Gag.

Fendi Squirrel Denim Spy Bag

Don’t blink too fast, because you may miss the next Fendi Spy release. Fendi releases new eclectic Spy bags as often as you had your diaper changed as a toddler. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Honey Fendi Spy, but the rate that Fendi churns out new Spy’s is ridiculous. New to the Spy block, is the Fendi Squirrel Denim Spy Bag which resembles a pair of 80’s acid washed jeans with ornate embroidery and rhinestone accenting. As always, the handles features braided leather, there is a signature hidden coin purse, and a fold-over flap closure. This rock hard Spy is not for me, but may be the Spy of your dreams. Via Saks for $3090.

Fendi Mink Spy Bag

Starting off with a price tag of nearly $10,000, the Fendi Mink Spy was released early last year and caused quite a fuss. The fluffy white Danish mink fur, along with the silvertone mesh metal double handles and the fine satin lining are a pricey force to be reckonned with. Going big all the way, the bag sports a hidden python coin purse with a snap closure. Luxury in every orifice. Although this bag has since been retired from the Saks site, there may still be a few lingering around. Call your local Fendi boutique or check Saks for $9450.

Jessica Simpson Style: Fendi Small Spy Bag

Image via Jessica Style

You can sit there and stare at your computer screen, throw things at it, and bash your head on your keyboard wondering why Jessica Simpson is still in the news, but face it, she is not going anywhere. Hair gets darker, its in the news. She wears a hat, its in the news. She has a Roman vacation with the hunky and fabulous John Mayer, its in the news. What I love to see in the news is her style. Jessica Simpson has someone who typically puts her together quite nicely. Her dark wavy hair matches that of Mr. John Mayer himself, the hat is totally my style, the laid back sweatshirt and jeans screams casual, and the Fendi Small Spy Bag is the cherry on top. Perfectly cute and not too big, the Fendi Small Spy Bag features lush Nappa leather and double woven handles. Absolutely love this mini version. Buy it through Bluefly for $1040 or check out your local Fendi boutique.

Christina Aguilera Fendi Canvas B Bag

One of few females that can rock red lipstick so amazingly well, Christina Aguilera was seen leaving chic Hyde rockin’ out her edgy and bold look. Christina and I should definitely hang out sometime, have a little girl talk, and then she can show me her makeup routine. If I applied the colors and amounts she does, I’d look like a clown. Always adding the perfect accessorizing touch, Christina sported the Fendi Canvas B Bag. Her rendition is the natural canvas and what looks to be dark suede trim. Stunning number on a stunning lady. Check out many other versions of the Fendi B Bag’s at NAP.

Fendi Leopard B Bag

Rawr? Animal print has been used through out fashion time to add a bit of sex appeal and a racy flare, but this bag is overdone. When most consumers look for animal print, they want a splash of it, not an entire bag of it. Come on, couldn’t the B Bag signature buckle at least be plain black or even matte gold? Welcome your eyes to the disaster at Fendi, the Fendi Leopard B Bag. An attempt at sassy gone awry, this hobo features leopard print fabric, chunky brass hardware and brass strap, and a leopard print patent leather buckle. Over-kill is making this handbag road-kill in my eyes. Via Net-A-Porter for approximately $1,131.

Check out the equally ugly, if not worse, little sister (Fendi Mini Leopard B Bag). This ugly duckling is all patent leather with in-your-face leopard print, which really stands out more than necessary. I think I am a tad cross-eyed from these bags!

Note: If for some reason you want to buy this bag, you have to check it out through GBP not $USD on NAP. Different bags for different parts of the world!

Fendi Spy Handbag

Fendi has designed so many renditions of the hit Spy bag that I can not keep track. I myself have a ‘plain’ Spy, especially compared to some others. The leather is so supple, the bag is huge, the handles are intricate, and overall I just love the Spy, still. This Fendi Spy Handbag brings in a beautiful pattern contrast stitching to the mix, either cognac or black leather are available at Neiman Marcus.
