Fendi Karung Borderline Clutch

Expensive or not, I am a sucker for exotics. I never quite realized that not every part of the country (and the world for that matter) had lizards. I can still vividly remember my brothers catching lizards and hanging them from their ears. Sounds crazy, I know, but it surely did happen and it was the cool thing to do if you were a boy in Florida. While this clutch is not made from the ear-hanging lizards I grew up around, it is made from a karung lizard. The Fendi Karung Borderline Clutch intertwines black and grey karung lizard leather which is offset by bronze leather piping. While Noriko says that she has mixed feelings about the clutch, I find my feelings to be going towards a total Yay. The bag is an exotic beauty. The structured shape is closes with a clasp of granular golden metal with a double F pattern and crystal encrusted silver metal. That may sound over the top, but it really is not. On the inside there is divine sea green satin lining with a patch pocket. Noriko, I think you should jump off the not so sure line to the sure side for this clutch! I love it! The dimensions are 8″ x 4.25″ x 1.75″ and this clutch can be purchased for an overly exorbitant price of $2480 through eLuxury.

Bottega Veneta Woven Leather Mini Bag

While you may be yearning to own a piece of designer heaven, many times our budgets just don’t allow it. While price is all relative, it is nice to see a Bottega Veneta bag well under $1,000 every now and then (wow that just shows what high end bags are costing us nowadays! Yikes!). I have had my eyes set on Bottega Veneta for a while now and am waiting until the time, price, and bag are right to make my move. For usability, practicality, and price there is one BV that I wouldn’t mind having at all. The Bottega Veneta Woven Leather Mini Bag shows off supple Napa woven leather in a perfect small bag. I go out so often and hate to have to carry a big bag every time (since I am a lover of huge bags), so this bag would work perfectly with so many outfits. The handle is braided with hand-wrapped toggle detail. On the inside there is a small pocket and suede lining. Measuring 5″Hx3″Wx10″L, I find this mini bag to be a mini piece of perfect Bottega heaven. I may just have to go for it and buy this bag through Saks for $560 (like I said, seemingly practical compared to many other BV bags!)

Be&D Large Ava Nubuck Satchel

Blue happens to be one of my favorite colors. Even in pre-school, I remember painting only blue pictures- although the pictures showed no versatility they did show off my favorite color. I think that every girl should own a bag in her favorite color, whatever that may be. I have been on the search for the perfect blue/teal bag. In the running is the Be&D Large Ava Nubuck Satchel in blue slate. From their beginning, I have been a fan of Be&D. This satchel shows off a version of my favorite color nubuck with light blue pebble-grain leather trim. Even though this bag is not taken over by the signature studs, tarnished silver metal hardware and studs are still used to give this bag a boost of attitude. Along with adjustable buckled shoulder straps, there are also three studded straps at the base of the bag. When it comes to blue bags, this is a viable option for me. Buy it through Bergdorf Goodman for $995.
