Baggallini Commuter Bag

When looking for a laptop bag for the daily use, you run into the problem that the bag itself may be just too heavy. Add the laptop and you may easily carry 10+ lbs around with you. If you’re a commuter, you don’t want to arrive at your workplace with a sore arm. The Baggallini Commuter Bag only weighs in at 2.1lbs and is professional, yet fun. An outer pocket zips open for easy access to smaller pockets for your phone, airline tickets, etc. The inside will keep you organized with credit card slots, a removable ID holder, a key fob and a mesh pocket. A clever features is the back sleeve that slides over a suitcase handle, making travel through airports easy. You can choose from tomato red with mango, seafoam blue with black, and dark olive with spice. The bag goes for $89.00 via Kolobags.

Versace Suede and Croc Large Clutch

If you have been a reader here for a while you probably have learned a few things about me. One of them may be that I love clutches with a passion and the other may be that I truly am a girly girl at times and love pink. Put the two together and you have the Versace Suede and Croc Large Clutch. Intricately designed from camel suede and camel croc-embossed leather, this daintly pink clutch wants me to hold it in my hand tonight. I will gladly do so by the way, very gladly. The clutch has a structured frame top with golden medusa medallions at each end and intricate corset lacing with golden studs along the top. The polished gold metal hardware and golden studs are the perfect color to help show off the beauty of this clutch. On the inside there is divine satin and I can see my necessities fitting perfectly well on the inside. If you want to make your way to my heart (hey Vlad, this is geared towards you), buy me (cross out) yourself this beauty via eLuxury for $1,565.

Gucci Spring/Summer 2006 Handbag

Right off the bat the name is not anything really descriptive (I will blame that on the site rather than Gucci itself), but this bag is oddly alluring. If you are drawn into both gold and silver, the shiny Gucci Spring/Summer 2006 Handbag may be just for you. While the bag is quite unique, there isn’t the best description given for me to work with. So today, we will all just have to rely on outer appearance to try to judge this bag for ourselves. The materials that are put together to make this bag include suede, leather, gold metal hardware. The hypnotizing part of this bag is how the signature GG’s fade from silver to shiny gold. Measuring 14 1/2″W X 7 1/2″H X 5 1/2″D, this bag is something with a little pizzazz from Gucci from Spring/Summer 2006. Buy it through StyleDrops for $949.

Jimmy Choo Nubuck Hobo with Crystals

For whatever reason I always thought that buying the more expensive product meant it was better. An example is when I would go to the hardware store for a specific ‘thing’. As much as I’d love to be the trendy girl that could make sense of the hardware store, I can’t. Ask Vlad, he could go on for days about it. So when I would go into the store, if there is more than one option I always go for the more expensive one. In my head, I figure that the more expensive product must be better. Later on I find out that is not always true. And everyday I realize it is also not always true with fashion. Thanks to Luxist for pointing out that a price tag of $2100 does not mean the bag looks better than a bag for $1000. Thanks to Luxist, we have found our fug bag for the week. The Jimmy Choo Nubuck Hobo with Crystals is overwhelmingly adorned with Swarovski crystals which are on top of smooth nubuck leather. The bag is perfectly explained by Luxist, saying that the bag “takes a couple of different trends; the hobo shape, all-over ornamentation, and dangling zippers and combines them to eye-paining effect.” Exactly my thoughts! Nevertheless the bag measures 7½”H X 10″L X 3″W and is available for those of us who love some bling bling via Saks for $2100.

Versace Metallic Monogram Bag

In the quest for finding something to blog about, lately I’ve frequently sought input in our Purse Forum, just because our ladies have such indisputable tastes for the most sizzling and glamorous bags. Today, for example, PurseFanatic pointed out Kimora Lee’s fabulous white Versace Metallic Monogram Bag with distinct golden features. So distinct in fact, that it was mistaken for an LV… I can’t blame her, it does have a certain resemblance with the LV Speedy, the side lock looks like it may have been inspired by LV as well. Nonetheless, an absolutely fab bag.

The bag is made of Versace’s monogram silk jacquard with metallic gold leather trim and is adorned with polished gold metal studs and Versace-engraved chain links. Braided metallic gold leather straps with Versace-engraved gold metal ends on gold metal links give it a 5″ drop for easy toting around. A gorgeous satin interior with zipped pocket and Versace plaque round off this masterpiece, and for a humble 1,482 bucks via eLuxury, it’s not even all that pricey. For a Versace anyway. Click on the link below to see the bag in action.

Bottega Veneta Embroidered Trim Tote

As much as I am a huge fan of the texture and feel of Bottega bags, there is just something way too western for my liking when it comes to this one. The Bottega Veneta Embroidered Trim Tote shows off the signature supple woven leather but is further accentuated with embroidered trim detail on the top. While I love detail, I just can’t seem to like the trim on this bag. I really feel like I’d have to go out to the Wild Wild West to sport it. The hardware is silvertone which is a nice touch against the subtle pink leather. On the inside you will find suede lining and an interior zip and open pocket and finishing the bag off is double shoulder straps with a 6″ drop. Finally, this western bag sizes up at 7 ВЅ”H X 17″L X 3 Вј”W. I have no reason to categorize this bag as a fug bag, but I do want to categorize it in the department of ‘not my style’. Pre-order this Bottega Veneta Handbag via Saks for $2350.

Dolce & Gabbana Slouchy Leather Bag

Time for all of us to do a double take! Does this Dolce & Gabbana Slouchy Leather Bag remind you of any bag in particular? It sure rings a bell in my mind. This bag still is quite gorgeous. Intricately designed from beige leather with silver metal hardware, a gathered top with D & G charms, and a tab closure with large rings, Dolce & Gabbana has found a way to make a creamy tote quite luscious. Buy the sister bag of the oh-so-hot Jimmy Choo Leather Tote, via Bergdorf Goodman for $1350. Choose your pick, the big blue sister for $500 more, or the creamy little sister.
