Beautiful Pieces

The only reason I am not a huge jewelry and shoe person is because with my handbag addiction I can not afford to be one. But if I could be one, I would definitely splurge on some beauties. First I would go for a perfectly feminine ring. The KC Thompson Mother-of-Pearl Floral Ring is a gold ring with a Mother-of-pearl flower and diamond accents. Absolutely stunning and absolutely expensive. Available via Bergdorf Goodman for $1495.

As far as a necklace goes, I would want one that was meaningful and lay near and dear to my heart. I can’t tell you all why (because that would break the secret and good luck) but butterflies mean a lot to me. So for a necklace that lies so close to my heart, I would love to splurge on the Forzieri Butterfly White Gold Diamond Necklace is a graceful 18K white gold butterfly that is adorned with channel-set natural diamonds. Because butterflies symbolize so much for me, I should thank Forzieri for the affordable price. I should indulge a bit and buy it via Forzieri for $230.

Michael Kors College Knit Bag

During grade school and high school I really had no choice but to be preppy. Private school does that to you. But now that I can dress the way I choose, I do find myself still sporting the preppy look from time to time. For some reason, I have a place in my fashionable heart for argyle. Those diamonds just get me going

The Michael Kors College Knit Bag shows off a camel, brown and white argyle knit which is offset by tan leather trim and golden hardware. The simplicity of this bag is perfect for a classy lady trying to give herself a bit of a preppy look. Topping off the bag is a shoulder strap with chain-link insets and a frame top with a push-lock closure. This cute little preppy bag measures 6 1/2″H x 13″W x 2″D and is ready to be pre-ordered via Bergdorf Goodman for $450.

Chloe Edith

As far as “IT” bags go, the Chloe Edith made it on the list last season. While the season may be over, the bag is still hot, in my opinion. The Chloe Edith Leather Bag is available in a perfect for fall a gorgeous gray-green color. The Edith can easily be worn during the day and dressed up at night. On the bag there is a front pouch pocket, oversized black stitching, silver buckle fastenings, and doubles handles. For fall, my color of choice is a olive green shade, and this bag marks the spot. Still on my list of most wanted bags, this bag can be purchased via Net-A-Porter for $1275.
