Name Lindsay Lohan’s Python Bag

Oddly enough, Lindsay Lohan is resembling the Queen of Vambots in this picture, Mrs Victoria Beckham herself. While her face looks robotic, her outfit is heinous. The ripped mini skirt looks like it is straight off the rack of Forever 21 (I’m not bashing them- well kinda). Here LiLo was spotted shopping in the lovely Paris carrying quite a beautiful python handbag. It is time to play Name that Bag- Name Lindsay Lohan’s Python Handbag!

Oscar de la Renta Alligator Tile Satchel

Just because you have the money to afford exotics, it does not mean you are free from being a fashion victim or toting something tacky. Many bags that implement exotic skins are gorgeous in my eyes, yet being too ornate is not a good thing. The Oscar de la Renta Alligator Tile Satchel is designed with materials that stand alone beautifully but when put together are too much to handle. Chocolate suede outlines black and tan alligator tiles which lead to the tortoise shell handles. Only adding more gaudiness to the bag is gold-tone hardware and the extended tab and lock closure. Sometimes less is more. Bag for a so not worth it $4500 via Bergdorf Goodman.

Rene Caovilla Jeweled Lace Sandals

Like I mentioned earlier, I attended a wedding in Indianapolis this weekend. Yesterday, Vlad and I met two good friends for lunch before heading back. Of course, I cunningly picked to eat at Cheesecake Factory which was directly next to Saks Fifth Ave (and also perfectly next to our Sheraton Hotel). It was all coincidence, promise

While the men waited for our table, my new and oh-so-similar friend Danelle and I hopped over to Saks. I just so happened to go in the door that lead us right to bags and shoes. Surprisingly, there was quite a nice Chanel collection of bags and a pretty decent sized Louis Vuitton section. But Danelle and I made our way to the shoe section to find some foot candy. Right there in front of us stood one of the most beautiful pair of shoes either of us has ever seen. The Rene Caovilla Jeweled Lace Sandals manifest their beauty in elegant lace with metallic threading. Also, there is plush but barely there haircalf lining, a jeweled vamp ornament over the front, 3ВЅ” heel, and a slingback with buckle closure. Even though the shoes are special order only, the 6.5 that Saks had fit Danelle nearly perfectly. I kept pushing her to buy them, but they weren’t a perfect fit and the price tag was incredible. When we turned the shoes over, I was wishing and hoping the messily written 8 was a 3. But the 8 was an 8, and these shoes can make your feet oh so sexy for $815 via Saks. Now, if only they had a 9.5.

Celestina Mother of Pearl Clutch

Over the weekend Vlad and I attended a wedding of a good friend of ours. As the toasts got a bit long, I found myself staring at the women’s bags around me. I know that is probably the last thing I should be thinking of, but let’s face it, I am just that shallow. So I browsed the room and peeked my head over shoulders admiring some bags and gagging at others. But a beautiful diamond in the rough caught my eye. A woman in her mid 40’s was dressed to the 9’s, wearing killer heels and a gorgeous clutch. The clutch looked to be made of mother-of-pearl, very similar to the Celestina Mother of Pearl Clutch. This clutch emanates beauty and refinement with its smooth mother-of-pearl exterior with an oversized brass bracket. Celestina minaudiere bags can be describes as being “meticulously designed by Ms. Tina Maristela-Ocampo, Manila’s fashion icon, entrepreneur and designer, and painstakingly created by hand by the country’s finest craftsmen using age-old techniques and unique materials from different parts of the Philippines.” You all better believe I was dressed to kill (and had the most handsome date), but a clutch like this would have completed my outfit even more perfectly. Via Vivre for $1,115.

UGG Australia Patchwork Classic Boots

Hi, my name is Megs and I own a (few) pair of UGGS. I do it because they are warm and I have NEVER paired them with a skirt in the summer…. yet I am still embarrassed of them at times.

I felt like I needed to stick up for myself because I know what a fashion don’t UGGS can be. And this pair, makes me gag in my mouth a little bit. The UGG Australia Patchwork Classic Boots are sure to keep me from talking to you even if you are McDreamy. These round-toe multi color suede boots will surely cause the crowd to cringe and your fashionable friends to disown you. Please, no. Via Saks for $140.

Fendi Metallic Mini B Bag

My lovely organic lunch just nearly came out of my mouth. Karl Lagerfeld made a blunder when he designed the all metallic gold or silver Fendi Metallic Mini B Bag from the Cruise Collection. This bag is so deliriously hideous that I am positive the brain fart Mr. Lagerfeld had while designing this was ginormous. This fug bag features floral embroidered buckles and velvet piping along with either awful gold or silver luminous snake embossed metallic leather. The chain link handles are removable. All 51вЃ„2″H X 8″L X 11вЃ„4″W inches of this bag makes me gag. I can’t decide which is worst- the silver or gold. Gag me for $1390 via Saks.
