With these new solutions, users will be able to easily close the gap between IP telephony and IP network management, using detailed reporting to enable better system performance overall.
The Smarts VoIP Performance Manager and Smarts VoIP Performance Reporter will deliver customers real-time information about phone extensions and calls, voice quality, telephone service availability and much more. In addition, to provide users with the most comprehensive reporting, the solutions also detail route patterns, keeping availability at a productive and manageable level.
